We are officially operational in our state-of-the-art ±36,229 sq. ft. hangar and office facility, strategically located on the east side of Sarasota Bradenton Airport (SRQ). This isn’t just a hangar; it’s a full-scale aviation hub designed for the next generation of flight departments:

• Massive Hangar Capacity: Our ±24,765 sq. ft. hangar bay is built for scale, easily accommodating aircraft up to Boeing 737 size.

• The Fuel Advantage: We feature an on-site 20,000-gallon fuel farm, offering operators the rare potential to save millions through self-fueling—a massive win for charter and private flight departments.

• Executive Infrastructure: The facility includes eight executive offices, a large conference room, private restrooms, and a dedicated executive kitchenette, making it a “home away from home” for flight crews and management.

• Exclusive Opportunities: We are currently welcoming aviation companies (Charter, Business Aviation, or Private Flight Depts) to secure 1st-floor rentals with dedicated ramp access and limited hangar space. Optional direct gate access to the taxiway is available for those who value absolute efficiency.

The “Hangar Vault”: Falcon 50 Teardowns

While our facility grows, so does our inventory. We have officially completed our 2nd Falcon 50 Teardown, adding thousands of high-demand components to our internal stock.
